Shipping Costs and Delivery Time:

In our online shop portapet.de you can buy without minimum order value. Exceptions to this may include special discount campaigns. From an order value of 25.00 EUR (including VAT and after deduction of all discounts) we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany. We also supply internationally. From 40.00 EUR value of goods (including VAT and after deduction of all discounts) we deliver free of charge to Austria.

The shipping costs depend on the quantity and weight of the goods. Please note that distributors have separate delivery and shipping conditions.
The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. Delivery to another country may take longer depending on the delivery address.

Bulky items and pallets are usually shipped by a forwarder. Here delivery time and shipping costs may vary accordingly.
Depending on the payment method, shipping method and due to holidays, the delivery time may differ.


Delivery service:

For deliveries within Germany, we send your goods with DHL. Only in exceptional cases with UPS.

For deliveries with DHL, you will receive a shipment number beforehand by email, with the help of which you can get information on the current shipment status at any time. If the anticipated delivery date announced there does not suit you, you can easily change it by clicking on it. You can also specify a storage location or preferred neighbor if you wish. The terms and conditions of DHL apply here.

Note: From the 5th package (from 124 kg) onwards, shipping takes place on a pallet depending on the quantity. If you would like to incur additional costs in this case, please contact us directly and we will determine the corresponding amount for you.
