Shipping costs and delivery time:

You can shop in our online store portapet.de without a minimum order value. Exceptions to this may be special discount campaigns. From an order value of 30.00 EUR (incl. VAT after deduction of all discounts) we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany. We are also happy to deliver internationally. From an order value of EUR 40.00 (incl. VAT after deduction of all discounts), we also deliver to Austria without shipping costs.

The postage costs depend on the quantity and weight of the goods. Please note that separate delivery and shipping conditions apply for retailers. The regular delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. Delivery to another country may take longer depending on the delivery address. 

Bulky items and pallets are usually sent by a forwarding agent. Delivery times and postage costs may vary accordingly. Depending on the payment method, shipping method and due to public holidays, the above delivery time may vary and may take longer. 

Delivery service: 

For deliveries within Germany, we ship your goods with DHL. Only in exceptional cases with UPS. 

You will receive a shipment number in advance by e-mail, which you can use to call up the current shipment status at any time. If the estimated delivery date announced there does not suit you, you can change it conveniently and free of charge with a click. You can also specify a drop-off location or preferred neighbors if you wish. DHL's general terms and conditions apply. 

Please note: From the 5th parcel (from 124 kg), shipping is carried out on a pallet due to quantity. Please contact us directly regarding the additional costs you will incur in this case and we will calculate the corresponding amount for you.
